This is a gorgeous skirt in a deep spice. This one is interesting and different. It has a flattering flat front with an elastic back. Because of the piecing just above the hip I believe this would fit a size S to a true M best but be the judge from the measurements I've shown below. Anyway, where the piecing is done, there are irridescent sequins sewn all the way around horizontally. The next piece-- or pieces give this the fantastic look. They are really big squares and pieced into each of the squares are ruched godet pieces. This is what gives the skirt the flow and the jaggedy bottom. There are teeny sequins sprinkled around the godets as well. This is rayon and it has sort of a sheen to it. A very nice hand, indeed!
I take measurements with the garments flat and measured from side to side across the front, so double those measurements and then subtract your own "wiggle room".
