We have a no return policy--all sales are final. However, with that being said, if we make a blunder on our listing or we are more than an inch off on any of the measurements, we will make it right.
If there is a problem with your order, please email us within 48 hours. We'll send you a return authorization number. We expect the unworn item back within 7 days, all tags attached. At that point we'll refund within 48 hours, less shipping.
We're only human! But we do list out an "over kill" description and measurements so you can make an informed decision-- thus the "all sales final" policy. We do not "re-sell" anything on the off chance it comes back. It's donated. Many don't understand why...but if I advertised a dress being "new with tags" and you received it smelling of skin so soft bath oil or the Colonel's secret ingredients, would you be happy and would I have been truthful?
But, in short, we try to treat you the way we'd want to be treated when buying on line.
Shipping: We send out just about everything priority mail and we'll generally send bagged to keep costs down.
